Jason Boles has been operating Boles Construction & Property Management LLC. since 2018. From 2012 to 2018 Jason worked for a local architect and designer where he learned the ins and outs of managing projects, and luxury homes in the Houston, Texas area.

Boles Property Management has partnered with expert tradesmen for 10+ years. Recently, BPM partnered with a local architect, and we are able to create a seamless construction experience from estimating, material selection, and completion of the project.

As project managers we hire the sub contractors (We have a guy for everything!) to do the work, and charge a percentage to manage the job, subcontractor, quality and price.
We purchase the materials for the jobs and add a percentage to what we paid for the customer. This allows us the ability to completely oversee and manage the project.
With time and materials you always know that you are getting your monies worth. This ensures that you get the highest quality for the price you pay. We utilize QuickBooks, and are capable of compiling detailed estimates for our clients. As we do the work we monitor the budget and communicate any variances.
