What we do
Boles property management takes responsibility for you and all your home needs. We create a one stop shop of services, and crews to show up and do the work while maintaining attention to detail, and quality of work.
How we charge
Before we begin our projects, we provide a project estimate to create an expectation for budget. We charge for time and materials, and bill on a calendar-monthly basis. We include you in our process and request approval for any changes made.
Value
Boles Property Management gives you the comfort of knowing that we are there when you need us. Regular property visits ensure consistent support and maintenance. Whether your on vacation, away for the summer, or have an emergency. You never have to question who to call. We have a guy for everything!
Interior management
We offer a wide array of solutions to our clients for all of their homes needs. We cater to each of our clients, the current situation, and the needs of the property.
We perform monthly walk-throughs. While on site we will resolve any issues that we are capable of doing while there. Anything we were unable to tackle immediately will be scheduled and resolved.
Examples of walk-through checks / tasks:

We also check on anything that may be of a concern and see it through until we have a solution, or you are comfortable. Other interior work falls under General Repairs.
Walking through regularly allows us to spot and react to things long before they become costlier issues. It also allows us to monitor things that you may not be ready or comfortable with tackling until a later date.
Exterior Management
We perform exterior grounds checks twice each month. Always accompanied with a site specific checklist. This allows us to take control and ensure that your home, landscaping, and overall property remain in top condition.

Spring Cleaning
Semi-Annually, Boles Construction does spring cleaning. We recommend cleanings after the fall of Texas pollen and before holiday family gatherings. We perform various tasks all at once for your home.
Spring cleaning tasks include:

- Winterizing
- Huricannizing (SP)

Many times while on site we find various things that require the attention of sub contractors, specialty companies, or tradesman. We are able to respond quickly and confidently to anything that may arise.
